He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and completed his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University. He started his professional career at Arçelik A.Ş. in 1991 and worked as Project Engineer, Production Team Leader and Production Manager at Arçelik A.Ş. Washing Machine Plant until 2008, and as Operations Manager and Production Manager at Arçelik A.Ş. Electric Motors Plant until 2008.
He worked as Product Director. Between 2008 and 2012, he worked as Consumer Product Director at Arçelik A.Ş.
Services Director from May 4, 2012 until December 1, 2021. From May 4, 2012 until December 1, 2021, he served as Assistant General Manager in charge of Production. As of December 1, 2021, he continues to serve as Assistant General Manager of Trade and Operations. He is also the President of Salkonder (Association of Tomato Paste, Frozen and Canned Food Industrialists) and a Board Member of Istanbul Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters Association.
