Tülay Aktan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed her Master's degree in Financial Law at Dokuz Eylül University between 1991-1993.
Since 2012, she has been working as the Legal and Corporate Affairs Director at Efe Alkollü İçecekler Tic. A.Ş. as Legal and Corporate Affairs Director since 2012.
Tülay Aktan is also the Secretary General of the Traditional Alcoholic Beverage Industrialists Association - GİSDER and serves on the Audit Board of the Federation of Food and Beverage Industry Associations of Turkey (TGDF).
