After graduating in 1979 from Saint Joseph French High School, he graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance in 1985. Between 1985 and 1987
He established the Istanbul Sales Distribution Marketing Organization at Kavaklidere Şarapları A.Ş. He worked in the Purchasing and Finance Management of Kavaklıdere Şarapları A.Ş. between 19881990 and 1992 as Managing Director.
In 2016, he became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kavaklıdere Şarapları A.Ş.
